Our human resources policy is to employ the most qualified personnel to the positions in all levels of the company and to determine the method to be applied for development of the personnel qualifications in order to conduct the deeds of the company in direction with the determined targets, economically and in the most productive level.

Providing a safe working environment appropriate to quality of the duty carried out,
Showing respect to personality of the personnel, protecting and observing their rights,
Immediately announcing the subjects that concern the personnel, providing them opportunity to notify their views and suggestions to the top executives and increasing the job productivity,
Enabling establishment of the working environment and social relations that are in quality to increase the personnel’s will to work,
Following up the personnel’s satisfaction level for motivation and their commitment to the company; concluding the necessary revisions and improvements related with this.
